Our annual conference serves as a catalyst for positive change and collaboration between community rehabilitation providers, business, state and local government, educators, advocacy organizations, social service agencies, and individuals with disabilities, all of whom have a strong commitment to helping Wisconsin’s most vulnerable citizens achieve independence and meaningful employment. • Each attendee must register individually, so we can get meal preferences and contact information.

Reservations-call 800-876-3399, press prompt #1, and state Disability Service Provider Network, or online, click “Group Login”, enter GDISABLE (Group #), SERVICE (password), and make reservation.  Single person rate: $82; Two+ person rate: $112 | Room block will be held until September 25, 2019  | Rates are subject to taxes unless proper tax-exempt documents are provided.
