June DSPN Member Meeting
Will be gathering at the Chula Vista Resort for a member meeting. We have put together a great line up of speakers on topics important to you. Food ticket ordering is closed, however registration for the event will remain open. The Chula offers multiple on-site breakfast and lunch locations.

About The Event
ON THE DOCKET:
- Curtis Cunningham and his team will provide an update on several topics:
- Employment First high level overview led by Kiva Grave. She will demo navigation to online resources. Q&A session to follow.
- Overview of the 2019 pay-for-performance initiative led by Lindsey Kreitzman. Q&A session to follow.
- Overview of current nonresidential HCBS compliance review activities led by Tammy Hofmeister and Sue Krueger. Q&A session to follow.
- Rodney Biggert will share the latest from the Seneca cases. What is happening legally as this series of cases wind through multiple courts and an administrative review process.
- Forbes McIntosh will provide an update on the budget and share what is happening legislatively. We will also cover a new bill which is being introduced that will incentive and provide assistance for organizations that want to transition toward more community based work and day programs.
- Pam Ritchie and Angie Kieffer will talk about their organization’s transformation. What did they do? How did they do it? How has it been received?
