Walmart Under Fire for Eliminating Jobs NPR is reporting that Walmart is altering their job descriptions for the greeter position in a way that “appears to disproportionately affect workers with disabilities.” The “customer host” position, which replaced the greeter position, now requires additional duties including lifting 25 pounds, cleaning up spills, collecting carts and standing for long periods of time.
